A special counsel’s report referring to President Biden as a “well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory” and the president’s performance at a news conference on Thursday night has once again made his age a center of political debate.
Mr. Biden, at 81, is already the oldest president in the nation’s history. His presumed opponent, former President Donald J. Trump, is not far behind him at 77.
